2x e5-2699 v4 is max 700W on boot and synthetic benchmarks
avg ~300W at 50% usage.

I would assume those are similar, also depends on what drives you pack in there, but I think ~400W 95th(220v) should be enough for most usecases for this machine.

do you have any plans for warehouse in EU?
prices are amazing, however it would be difficult to get it here(import tax, import documents, a whole lot of stuff dependent on company type).
