Looking for VPS with high single thread perf

Hi,
I'm looking for a 3vcore, 8GB ram, 30GB SSD VPS; I'll be hosting a private Minecraft server, so ideally doing so is allowed in the TOS. I don't think it should hammer the cores too hard, although there will definitely be bursts of high-CPU usage. I'm looking for single-core GB5 scores of around 2k.
My budget is $20/mo.

GB5 around 2k, with virtualization? That leaves like 3-4 CPUs, it's gonna be a killer requirement
2k++ for GB5 is very high, only Ryzen 7000 series could hit this number. As you can see from the screenshoot, i have benched some VPSes that could hit 2k++ in GB5, all of them are using Ryzen 7000 series, mostly Ryzen 9 7950X.

Not at the moment. But it is hosted on Hetzner's network if you are familiar with their performance in your location.

AlphaVPS is another excellent choice! Been with them for 3 years now and they've been rock solid (specifically LA) . I'm on a 3900x node and it's pretty zippy single core but that 7000 should be noticeably more horsepower. Their network really stands out from the pack as well. Doesn't feel "low end" at all.
