Cheap VPS for running IMAP server?

Hello, looking into setting up my own IMAP server. Around 50 users, all using the same domain name. Was looking into dovecot to use as the imap server, most users would be using thunderbird as their client. Any recommendations or advice would be appreciated greatly, thank you! 
Monthly payment would be great, want to make sure it fits and works for everyone first

what the budget and how much storage do you required?

I'd suggest to use NVMe plans only, serving email for 50 users you want fast disk access for searches and pulling up email in general.
And 50 users, you're looking for a decent amount of storage.
Also state the location you are looking for, it would help filtering out providers who cannot provide in your preferred region.
