How'd you open a ticket, I can't even find virmatch website.

As per the LES forums, VirMach is under DDOS attack. So their servers are not reachable.

Virmach, calculating by hourly cost based on actual uptime, is far from lowend.
If the service has been down for 2 weeks something is seriously wrong, virmach is usually down much longer than that.
Yes, this is the genuine VirMach. There is no other way but to wait.
You won't get attention by opening more tickets, you'll just get banned.

Cheap Windows servers in Seattle. Alternatives are about 50% more money for less specs.
It's backed up regularly so when it eventually dies and doesn't get replaced, I'll just host it from home as my home internet went 1000/120 (unlimited) last year. I'm already invested in powerful servers, hard drives and UPS', so my VPS days are dying especially as more data is lost in datacenters and causing me as much or more hassle than just doing it myself. Email and websites on cheap shared hosting and services moved to home.
I already opened 3 tickets last 2 months, and no response so far.

Welp, I came here to see if there was anything up with Virmach after my service being down for nearly a month, and no reply to my ticket.
Lesson learned I guess. Thank goodness it was super cheap and I didn't actually have anything I cared about there.
