Provider that allows payment by PayPal balance

Hello,

I have some balance on my PayPal account. Is there any provider that allows payment without linked credit card? The only one I've seen is DigitalOcean, but they don't like my account for some reason. Vultr and other major providers support PayPal, but they don't let you use the balance - they require adding credit card to the account which I don't want to do.

I'm not 100% sure, but you can try Hostaris. We just use PayPal express checkout on our system so you should be good.

some hosts only that use the latests paypal checkout it does not give the option to use paypal balance sadly

I think most allow you to choose Paypal Legacy or click the "Paypal Checkout" at checkout. It should take money from your balance and not require a card. Card is only needed if you are doing a recurring subscription through Paypal.

What do you mean by that? i paid every VPSes that i have benched on my website mostly using PayPal balance.

If you meant (adding Credit Card) for verification then you have a point.

We accept payment from PayPal balance.

I've seen some providers who accept "PayPal" but require you to pay from a linked card or bank, and it's incredibly frustrating.

Its easier to drain stolen PayPal accounts that have balance than with linked card, PayPal applies more security features to card payments and its easier to notice them for a victim. Also, refunding balance transactions is different, card payments are mostly up to bank, balance payments are entirely handled by PayPal "fraud or something department" which is shit for both customer and provider because its a roulette. There is also "holding" payments by PayPal in some cases, but it mostly applies to unverified accounts(they are the ones mostly using balance), and sometimes verified recipients. PayPal is shit on so many levels its insane, I applaud anyone who uses it to perform business, because its not easy. I have ditched it years ago.
That's the main reason why some providers do not allow balance payments.
