I lost 4.5 TB data suddenly and there has been no respond to my ticket still form pulsedmedia.
Beware your data can be lost suddenly and there will be no acknowledgement for that.
Check your email and spam folders, make sure you have opened a ticket.
Also check if you had RAID0 / non-redundant service to begin with, along with if there was emails about that.
Also if you have important data, make sure you always have backups.
To best of my knowledge, there is nothing related to your message outstanding. Current outstanding tickets are unrelated to what you describe.

that was not the level price increase mentioned by this guy, it is exaggerated probably by order of magnitude or something like that. also wrong currency. The absolute bottom of barrel priced stuff got biggest increases indeed
