@xtom's Hong Kong location has great connectivity to China. A bit above your budget, but was the first provider I found in the region that had good connectivity to China.

My IP is apparently banned on their site. Never used them before.
I still can't find this. All items are 1Mbps/5Mbps.
ECS t5 Instance
1C1G 1 Year
Instance:ecs.t5-lc1m1.small(1vcpu1G )
User Type: New registered user
Receive and Renewal quantity: 1 instance
System disk:40GB
Bandwidth:1Mbps
If it is really CN2, then it is very cost effective. Can you give me a test IP?

I did order these months ago, maybe they dropped the Package.
I will check later in my account if it says anything specific.

10Mbit? Like thats not even enough for ants to locate their queen via GPS
The cost of 10Mbps CN2 is 7000 CNY per month, which is about 1010 USD.
So $12 is a very low price, and the regular price is about $200.
what the hell is going on in China
Just because they make a huge money on commercial lines but they're very cheap for residential, like $5~10 a month for a 1G port with unlimited data. It's so crazy.

Of course because almost everything worth connecting to internet is banned for residential connections

In fact, residential lines usually do not include public ip
If the residential line tells you that you can get 1G for $5
You can get 1G for the download port
but your upload port is only about 20M
Also, ISPs will advertise through DNS hijacking/http hijacking

3 months free + 12 months for 12$, Hong Kong and Tokyo.
With CN2, however 10Mbit.
10Mbit is pretty useless hahaha
depends, cheapest CN2 ever.
Includes 2TB of Traffic too.
I only found the 1Mbps plan. And the $12 is monthly, not annual.
I think its the correct one.

Its not ECS, its SAS.
From the looks of it, they removed every SAS offer they had under free.
