How does your port speed work on systems that are set up with 10 Gbit NICs, but only subscribe to 1 Gbit unmetered bandwidth?

For example, I see in the YABS results above (for a Ryzen 7900) that the system appears to be limited to 1 Gbps outbound, but can accept more inbound.

We have policers setup to limit traffic. Outbound is hard capped 24/7, inbound isn't usually policed, but if you're constantly pushing more than 1 Gbps, it'll be capped.
