hi, I have about 20-30$, need to find VPS with configuration 2-2 or maybe 2-4, cycle 6 months or 1 year
The location can be anywhere, preferably Asia or US

romania is probably a bit far from where I live, Internet connection where I live is not very good to Europe

I prefer Asian servers, like Singapore and Hong Kong, because the internet where I live is often broken, so it is difficult to access

Alibaba / Azure / Amazon can provide you with stable servers in Asia. My server at Alibaba has been running continuously for 6 years without interruption. During that time it even upgraded its CPU, not sure how it did that.
