Hello, I have 2 clients who demand their own DNS servers, so to accommodate these clients I need to find 4 additional inexpensive VPS.
I need 4 total VPS - the catch is that each one has to be from a different provider.
1 in Eastern US/Canada
1 in Western US/Canada
2 in Europe
512mb RAM is sufficient, as is 5gb storage. KVM is preferred but OVZ is sufficient.
1x IPv4 and 1x IPv6 required.
Payment to be by PayPal or card, annual billing preferred.
Budget is Low End Black Friday pricing. Ok, so as close as we can get ... $12/year is ideal, but I am realistic. The best annual deal I see right now here on LET is $14.95/year for a VPS with 40gb storage ... way overkill, IMHO.

The uptime is usually 98% - 99% it depends on what you do. But usually we have a great uptime.
Racknerd has some deals under 15$, they have locations across US, but they have IPv6 only in LA.
Greencloud has many locations in EU, their cheapest plan is available for 15$ yearly.
Edit: Kuroit also has many locations in EU.
