That's a long story nick
but in short Epyc was out of stock, back then I had an e5. Hosthatch told me new Epyc hardware wud reach Netherlands in March if I cud wait or something like that. Few months later I inquired if there was space in Amsterdam. They held onto their promise & offered me the vm. I gladly took it. The only reason I am giving this away is bcoz I took their recent $400 deal in London. The pings were even better for few locations I am targeting at.

@raza19 I saw the tabs but I have found a much higher performing machine for a very cheap price which is performing my needs.
and these specs don't match the YABS. It seems its a 2GB RAM VM
