Storage box questions.
This looks pretty promising. For what I need atleast and the prices are good.

my question is this. Does it get pointed to a domain? And would I be able to set something like this up on it?

Not one of yours, Storage Box is just a folder on a server that you can access over SMB, Webdav, SSH, FTP, etc. You cannot attach a custom domain, you have to use the provided
*.your-storagebox.dealong with auth. You can't share files publicly.If you want something similar to bedrive and with the ability to attach a custom domain, try Storage Share: https://www.hetzner.com/storage/storage-share
These are a fully managed Nextcloud instance that you can attach a custom domain to, and use all the same apps you would normally use on Nextcloud without worry about maintaining the instance.

The idea is that you proxy the traffic through Cloudflare Workers.
Storage Boxes are limited to 10 concurrent connections from the same IP address, so I'd wonder whether that would scale well routing them through a central (even if CF Workers isn't well, as central as a single server, it's still going to use one IP for ~each colo) place.
I'm sure that solution works, just worth noting Storage Share is the more well suited product to use in this case, especially at high volume usage.
