No offence intended but there are already tons.
Yes, but i doubt they offer management with their plans for the "tiny" budget price.
Nonetheless, we are expanding towards NL soon.

What level of management will you be offering? Keep in mind that you will probably get quite a few individuals of the "hey I bought this, now set it up for me" caliber...
Different market in NL
Our plans come with either semi-management or full-management.
Semi = basic control panel installations/issues/configurations/migrations/
Full = Everything. Even installation of additional modules/scripts etc.

I like my mini OVH vps and have around 5 VPSs hosted in different .nl DCs. If there's a market for VPS service in France or Netherland I see no reason why there shouldn't be also offers. You know, there are also european LEB users...
At the moment we have like 3 or so hot OVH LEB providers so "Not another OVH provider" don't really base on facts... And it's not like there would be more OVH than some lets say WholeSale Internet DC vps offers ( @VMPort caught.. :P )
hhh .. well there could be 100 ovh providers - but not all of them provide the same quality of service. Thats pretty much it to be honest :P
