Maybe someone finds it useful.
Most of these hosts were tested by me and are DMCA resilient.
Many of them are also very reliable and useful for day-to-day file sharing with your friends or some shit. Also suitable for free-speech content, they wont give a fuck about your personal believes as long as its legal.

File hosts(free, most file extensions allowed);
https://fileditch.com/ (15 gb, direct links)
https://cyberfile.me/ (10 gb)
https://cyberdrop.me/ (tor) (200 mb, direct links)
https://bunkr.la/ (5 gb, direct links)
https://xbunkr.com/ (5 gb, direct links)
https://letsupload.io/ (idfk)
https://mixdrop.co/ (idfk)
https://1fichier.com/ (300 gb/30d)
https://oshi.at/ (tor) (5 gb, direct links)

Reliable(paid) CDN/reverse-proxies;
https://altrosky.net/ (Anycast; NL - 2 loc, NY, LA, SG) (L3/L4 ddos prot)
https://proxy.is/ (SE)
https://ddos-guard.net/ (not suitable for reverse-proxying to CF, Anycast) (L3/L4/L7 ddos prot)

If you know more, feel free to share :)

    Why mention random summer(file)hosts and not mention anonfiles, the prime destination for uploading all kinds of illegal files, not just DMCA?

    Even if the provider is supposedly DMCA ignored, in most cases they will just delete the file from their servers after a few months or shutdown their site altogether, and if you want to keep your files only for a small amount of time, any file hosting will suffice.

    Anonfiles(and a billion of their other domains) does not ignore DMCA.
    For illegal files, I don't care - I do not support illegal activity thus won't help people doing naughty things find a host that allows it.

    Regarding domain registration times, they change domains often - making a redirection from old to new. The services you have mentioned are here for at least a few years. They also have ways of generating income one way or another, so they will keep them running.

    If the file is accessed from time to time, they wont delete anything.
    Regarding shutting down services, refer to what I've written above.

    It doesn't seem they take piracy very seriously based on the amounts of Google delistings.
    https://transparencyreport.google.com/copyright/domains/anonfiles.com

    Compare that with mega.nz which is DMCA-compliant. Often times it has less deletions despite being massively bigger than anonfiles.

    I have never had my stuff deleted from anonfiles and I upload way worse stuff than pirated movies. In my experience it's rock solid.

    Its run by a few ppl with little money resources. I can assure you, they will remove the file if they get high profile DMCA.

    More money and human resources to handle "abuse".

    Well, I do not care about "worse stuff" you have been uploading.
    I'm speaking solely about DMCA(an American law).

    I can personally vouch for lewd.se, been using it for a very long time. It is invite only via their discord, katt is very chill. Follows Swedish law only.
