Good morning,
We are looking for a backup server equipped with about 60/80TB of storage. Preferably in Germany (no hetzner). It should also be provided with 10GBit uplink with unlimited traffic. Anyone advice?

Just to note that the cheapest option is the dedicated 10 gbps port with metered traffic (300 TB outbound per month) which costs only $50/mo. Fully dedicated, so the full port can be used.

You're not going to find 80TB + 10Gbit unmetered for 200euros per month. It will be most likely 1Gbit unmetered or 10Gbit metered. I would also suggest not to use Hetzner's pricing as a comparison point.
