I am newbie on network setup and I can't find online the information's that I need.
so I've registered an ASN and get an IPv6 subnet to play with and I've VPS with free BGP session I filled the LETTER OF AUTHORIZATION and the provider announce the IP for me
my question is now what?
did I just config the subnet on the VPS OS level or theirs further steps?
can someone please point me to an ubuntu guide to do that
thank you :)

Jokes aside, i highly advise you to inform yourself about BGP & IPV6 before you do anything alse.

Take some CISCO CCNA courses online, at least you will have a basic understanding of networking principles.

Google will be your best friend on this.

If your upstream BGP partner does not filter what you publish, you can do some serious havoc.

OMFG, who is letting beginners/newbes to do BGP publishing these days?

It sounds like it may be vultr, they filter and only allow subnets you have LOA

Try to Install a BGP daemon on your VPS, such as Bird, or Quagga.

A tad too late for that.

I still recommend dn42 to get started with BGP.
