you haven't tried MeKongVps from @yoursunny.
evoxt.com also ok but not as good as hosthatch
route is really important, since alot of budget provider using route to US or JP before route to China, and not direct route. Causing loading even slow than using a direct US or JP base server. So before ordering from a provider check their route first.
