Need 2gbps VPS - Europe location

I need a 2 core 4 gb ram VPS in Europe.
My requirement is at least 2gbps (metered is fine) and 200 gb SSD.
around 18€ per month but with option to add HDD storage for additional cost.
OVZ or KVM does not matter.
