No one cares about hours on for SSD, there are no mechanical parts.
You want to look at TBW
For a 1TB drive, only 30TB effectively written over 3.5 years on-time is quite good.
SSD read endurance is significantly larger than it's write endurance so you don't really have to worry about it.
