Cheap dedicated servers

edited April 2023 in General

Who has some of the better pricing for SSD/NvME bare metal hardware these days for some testing I need to do. Hourly or monthly with full IPMI access.

Equivalent to Vultr $120/month server or better, so

2x240GB SSD
4 core
32GB Mem

I think they only give 1 IP and I need at least 5 usable.

PhoenixNAP has a 16GB server with 2x240GB SSD for $50/month, which is not bad. I think I could probably find something cheaper still, or maybe with more storage/memory.

Dedicated servers are only in the EU though. That is too high a ping for me.

Thanks for the info. Looks good. Anyone know what that LA datacenter is like? Look like they use CoreSite.

I currently use QuadraNet in their downtown LA location and have been very happy with them.

Quadranet is great too, and they use Coresite LA2, which is not too far from Quadranet and only 0.50ms ping from each other.
Quadranet and Coresite LA2 are both connected to each through CoresiteLA1(One Wilshire)
Dedicated.com does have Looking Glass available: http://lg.la.dedicated.com/
