Windscribe VPN used to be $39.99 for lifetime account, great service. The other services highly recommend to read reviews before purchasing service.
Windscribe for $40 a year...not very low end...I like them, but it's not worth that when there are so many others out there with lifetime deals...plus, steaming world sports events, which is what I want it for, isn't always guaranteed to work...so I end up having to try a few different providers anyway.
