Hi, how do u know which one belong online.net/scaleway or OVH/soyoustart? I mean on oneprovider webpage. They just say France 1gbps

OVH runs a no setup fee promotion.

look a) at the specs offered (and yes, they write 1gps for SyS even if that is not really true) and b) also for location (Paris=online.net vs. Lille=Kimsufi/SyS/OVH), e.g. these ones are either Kimsufi or SyS servers: https://oneprovider.com/location/184 (100mps=Kimsufi, 1gps=SyS, which is actually 250mps out)
