DDoS Protection: Not needed, but having one does not matter.
Number of IPs: Shared 1x IPv4. I need 2 ports from any range.

Tinyproxy that has whitelist enabled to accept traffic from single IP.
It will serve as seperator between 2 servers which I own servers. Its a stupid use case but whatever
It will not be configured as a front for anything public, if thats the issue you are worried about.
Only for internal traffic over WAN.
Other services are in Finland and only accept traffic from Finland IP ranges.
