    It's basically just trained language models with no ability to process emotions, which makes a lot of decisions it could make fundamentally flawed.

    None of them can truly understand and process things such as identities, genders, bias, complex situational circumstances, etc.

    So, that presents the question:

    Is what we have right now truly AI, or, are these just large databases with trained language models advertised as AI?

    No, its not "AI", one of its weaknesses is 3 dimensional.
    If you give it a task, which involves that, it fails.

    Its pretty good at the things it can do, but that's it.
