Need a very cheap vps to run some torrent client along with a vpn if possible

1vcpu or higher is good
1 gb ram
100 gb hdd storage is enough
Speed 1gbps or higher if possible
Would be ok with couple tbs. Higher the better
Budget 10$ -15$

Was waiting on ihostart but can't get them ever.

If need in SSD then i can provide at 2.50$ to 15$
