Best you can get is from Leaseweb SGD 17 for 6TB bandwidth.
Bandwidth will be little hard to get but you can ask for custom quote from them

i have been working with speedypage but their extra bandwidth is too expensive.
How much does a 1TB extra bandwidth cost? I couldn't find it on their website or the control panel.
for SG region it can cost you $3.50 for an extra 1TB
10TB BW with less than 15usd a month in SG is really hard to find. As you know Asian has expensive bandwidth comparing with others.
Bandwidth is expensive in Singapore unfortunately! We used to be able to do lower pricing, but our network upstream increased our pricing as we scaled up from small usage to quite large usage. In time, we plan to move to an entirely in-house network for better affordability but it's still typically around $600-$800/Gbit in SG for a decent blend and that isn't factoring in transport if you need to bring it in from another DC.
I'd be very surprised if you manage to find 10TB for $15 a month, other than if it's just single home Cogent, then that would be nearly possible.
@vivucloud can you tell us what went wrong with melbicom? As that provider is not often discussed here it could be interesting for others.
@vivucloud Your budget is too low for SG Servers. 10TB Bandwidth at 15$ its really low. But if you need in India then i can provide 5-6TB at your budget.
