Looking for a VPS under 2$ with monthly payments

I'm looking for a VPS equal or under 2$ with monthly payments (preferably accepting crypto payments).

Disk 5GB or even less (doesn't matter even it's HDD)
Ram: 512MB or even 256MB
CPU: 1 core (or even half a core as the process is light)
Bandwidth: 100mb is more than enough
Monthly traffic: at least 200GB (at most 500gb)
IP: ideally, a dedicated v4 IP but even shared NAT IP would do the job
Location: doesn't matter

There are offers with higher specs that are roughly ~7$ for a year but I need the payment to be monthly.

With regard to Server Host, lowest spec is actually 5$ a month which with the promocode becomes 1$ but just for the first month.

I don't want to pay more than 2$ each month.
