I purchased a NAT VPS from them, but they didn’t activate the server because I was using a VPN. So I requested a refund to my TRC20 wallet, but there has been no progress for a week.

    me too i order sg nat vps and it delivered but the vps panel is not working and i make ticket before 5 days and still no response

    Afaik, bitcoins and currencies alike can't and shouldn't be refunded to avoid money laundering. So, they will not refund your trc whatever.
