No. If you need more customers, here's what you should be doing:
-Answer support emails within the same day.
-Don't treat your new customers like they're your employees. Who pays who?
-Many people need to host actual websites, so that means a clean IP, not a blacklisted one with no reverse DNS, for things like sending mail normally.
-Downtimes are a serious matter, not a trivial one.
