I understand. All this time working fine, with support it's fast, instant activation, great uptime and you can even do some customization. Only customers can agree to the above.

The best thing is always to have your own backups before any event, when something goes wrong, I change the provider freely. I have VPS in other providers, and also with Vultr, Linode and AWS I have my external and automatic backups.
