How to transfer OpenVZ to KVM Or XEn?

Hi!

I Have a great panel. Its virtualizor. I like it. Simple, easy, nice.

I have OpenVZ kernel and node. How can i transfer, change, convert it to XEN or KVm?

Or i have to reinstall all of them?

Comments

  • i want it to completly change to XEn or KVM

  • I'm not sure how you'd do that, maybe uninstall Virtualizor, remove the OpenVZ kernel, and then reinstall Virtualizor with Xen or KVM.

  • You'd have to do a OS reinstall as conversion is simply not possible.

if you mean by some utility like kvm to xen, i think that answer is no

  • @ZweiTiger, converting OVZ to KVM/XEN is merely impossible...
but maybe backing up and restoring files (one by one sync) is quite possible
But I don't think any actions would benefit such absurd decision.
