Server hangs during drive initialisation after POST

edited March 2023 in Help

My supermicro server with E5-2695v4 cpu on X10DRH-iT mobo, which remains stuck after POST during drive initialization, has onboard Avago raid with 25+ drives and dual 40G Mellanox cards, this happened after modifying IIO config for bifurcation.

I am completely blackout from getting into BIOS, any tricks to get into BIOS.
( I don't have physical access to the server right now, can access it over IPMI )

Clear CMOS battery? Hope they won't charge you an arm and a leg for that.
