Honestly, if you need 16+ cores at that point it's probably worth considering a dedicated server.
Not to mention some providers are offering many cores that are super slow, and others are provider less cores that are faster.
We can probably hook something up for you in the United States in our Idaho spot but would need to know more before attempting to make you a quote.
How much bandwidth and disk space do you need? Are you wanting dedicated cores, or shared / fair-use CPU?
