WebHorizon - IP changes and site is broken
Hi,
I've paid for webhorizon to host my sites externally, and they're all down due to IP change on their web CP host, https://sg-shared02.control-panel.in:2222/.
Couple of days ago, I've repointed it on cloudflare (DNS) and it still does not work. Have forced hosts file also.
Anyone has the same issue?
Comments
Yes same for me.
Take a backup now while you still have access to DA via the webconsole.
The reverse DNS of sg-shared02.control-panel.in (103.216.223.242) is wsg1.wndp.pt.
That is myw.pt, not WebHorizon.
Is WebHorizon just a reseller?
Or is this a DNS error?
Anyway, tag the provider.
@Abd or @MikePT
WebHorizon is reselling myw.pt - so we should be directing our enquiries at @Abd
@Abd needs to help reply.
I have raised an emergency ticket 5 hours ago, and there isn't any reply on it.
Sigh, i guess they dont care about their existing customers?
Could be Abd waiting on Mike. He might have raised an emergency ticket in my.wpt and still be waiting for a reply too. Unsure what's going on
Email just received regarding the change, however the replacement IP still times out...
seems like they use different control panels depending on the type of service they offer. I personally got a nat vps and mine has been fine this whole time (https://my.webhorizon.net/)
hope they resolve it quickly.
none received for me.
the owner seems to be away for the last 7 days now.
On the other forum:
So you guys have a chance to have it working, soon (TM).
it is hard to please everyone
yes, that SG server seems to be down many times looking a customers complaining about it always
@Abd
Can confirm my ticket is also open for +7 Days... i guess its over boys
WebHorizon probably needs to improve on its support tickets?
I paid for .DE and ended up with a .NL so bye bye
I thought this provider was up and alive.
Hey
So sorry for this, totally our fault. I was out yesterday as I had a baby.
This has been fixed.
can confirm mine just started working again with new .243 IP - thankyou @MikePT for the update even though you're the wholesaler...
Congrats on the new arrival!
It was not their fault, it was mine. So sorry!
Thank you!!!
he is up and alive, but not that alive how he used to be....he has now enuff customers
