Exactly we are using Combahton, and yes ColocationX is our colo provider. We rent our own Racks and have located our own Hardware there.

packages naming (LNX) should be clear its for linux, and they provide different packages for windows. Maybe you should ask custom pricing for windows packages you need to support or ask via DM.

Been there, but too many downtimes for my taste If memory serve me correct you had the the same issue

Beside that all my VPS hosts allow (personal) irc usage, so it's not like I need new one explicitely for IRC, but I like to keep option without being suspended for as example running some irssi session to quickly join some OSS libera chat support channel to ask some question or something.
