    By involving in Child porn (many abuses) and threating us through livechat with offenses.

    Over these months of use, we have received several complaints and pressure. We managed to hold you back for a long time.

    You don't know how much time we've wasted hosting you. Nevertheless we keep our word and bear the pressure from many places and sites.

    You came to livechat and offended several people in our team, including threats, insults to us and much more.

    That is why you have not posted the chat in which you insult and offend and clearly make threats. By the way during this time you had with us, we were not scammers or anything like that.

    Now we are? Where does that leave us? Do you really want me to post the conversation? We do not tolerate customers who come to offend our team mainly by making threats. (Basic principle)

    This customers was spamming in livechat, offending and threating our team.Which is something we don't allow. We have been tolerant which him.

    Let me tell you that we had many issues with our providers and others. Even with that we fighted to keep his services online. But now they call us "scammers"

    Which clearly they know we aren't. We can post proofs.

    _ You said his content is "Child Porn" but he operating Gore sites, so there are chance that Fake Abuse Report?
    _ Since you didnt provide him with backup, did you atleast ask him to moveout first (and give him sometime to move out?)
    _ Ok he was rude, and I hate his attitude too, but that not the main concern here. Customer concern is that they will able to move out and not getting the data deleted.

    From their AUP:

    Remedies: If the Company learns of a violation of this AUP, the Company will respond to the applicable Customer and may, in the Company’s sole discretion, take any of the following actions, in accordance with the severity and duration of the violation:

    We do not discriminate on the content of the website itself, it is not up to us. But it is up to us not to allow the rules that are very explicit to be broken and not to be respected.

    Containing or allowing or omitting that Child pornography exists, we do not allow it. Child Pornography is something very serious and illegal in many countries.

    Having said that, let's go in parts:

    I) We are not obligated to provide a backup, didn't you see the way they spoke and treated us? Demanding a backup talking in that aggressive, rude and threatening way (you have to open and read the threats better). We are not obliged to have respect for those who have no respect for us and our company employees.

    II) If you think it was only this kind of abuse, you are wrong. It was several, several abuses and denunciations, pressures and much more. We resisted a lot, let the client show the invoices and how long he's been with us.

    III) The content present on this website is not something light, as you may calculate it will attract more pressure from people, associations, attacks, denunciations and even problems with partners and much more.

    IV) We allow free speech and legal adult content, but there are limits when it comes to content. This is not the first time we have received reports of Child pornographic content in this context. (Note: this is not first time)

    V) We are not obligated to provide a backup, the way he talk to us is something we take into account. This is the same thing as a thief being caught by the police and asking if the police wouldn't give him more time to steal more and run away? Does that make sense? Obviously not.

    We fight for freedom of speech, we don't have customer hate. But we don't allow you to treat it the way you like or want. We don't publish the initial conversation already starts with threats just so you know.

    Having said that let it be clear, lack of respect with our team is not allowed. If someone tolerates this, then let them move.

    We always check, but after the moment it becomes successive and exists. We cannot tolerate it. Pornography is illegal and brings many problems.

    We are no one to discriminate (again) on the type of content on the forum itself, but as you must calculate it is not something easy to deal with. It's not just mere abuse. It's diverse abuse of various forms.

    The type of content there is diverse and believe it or not. Not everyone tolerates it. We tolerate it, but as soon as the rules are broken we don't allow it.

    And if you read well, there are serious threats there that we do not tolerate. If we accept this type and way of talking to us, it is having disrespect for the team. Our team has to be respectful towards both the client and us (both of us).

    I advise you to review the images that we left of the conversation (there are more that we don't publish, but those that we publish are enough)

    You are being extremely stupid. Why harass the hosting provider who must take every precaution to prevent abuse of any kind (especially reports of CP) instead of taking legal action against the person making the "false" claims? That's breaking numerous laws in any rational country.

    Playing this game with us, just will decrease your credibility.

    You know that your content which is GORE have several abuses (not one, two or three but every month are many). CP is not the first time that we receive an abuse related with that kind of content. That is not allowed.

    Use other hosting provider to host that kind of content, we don't allow CP.
    Move on.
