Well not bad.
That seems incredibly slow for Ryzen.
Looks like the CPU is one Ryzen thread, not one full core.
I don't think so, it's FAIR SHARE CPU, not dedicated. As far as i know, the dedicated 1 CPU of R9 3900X could score 800-950 in GB6 Single Core. So 700 points in FAIR SHARE CPU is okay.
