    Routers/hops in the middle will show packet loss due to CPP, which can make ICMP have spikes if it's rate limited. The final destination is what counts, which is 0% in that MTR.

    I believe our IP's can watch Netflix out of Singapore @zed3473 - we may cost a bit more than others but I think our specification is better than others as well :)
