    We are working on replenishing inventory in our Los Angeles DC-02 and San Jose datacenters as well. In some cases, these locations provide better latency back to your region compared to Singapore (depending on bandwidth mix in provider's blend). We've found that in our experience, these two locations are some of the most favorable among those from the Asia region (which is why these two locations have also been in high demand and sold out quickly). More stock in these locations is coming, soon!

    Can we possibly move our vps later to LA once already have it stock? My location at Asia too.. :)

    Hi @Wira_Soenaryo -- some specific plans are available across all global locations, some aren't - just really depends on which service you're referring to. If it isn't a service that is offered in that location, its possibly something we could do for an added fee, though its best to look at account details in specific.

    In short, anything is technically possible, though we'd need to look at account specifics in order to determine the best approach forward. Just send me an e-mail at [email protected] and I'll be happy to personally help out.

    Hi @thechan -- if you're paying via PayPal taxes may automatically be added, depending on your region. If you're exempt, you can always avoid these.

    Customers in some locations can enter their VAT ID or GST ID during the checkout process if they are exempt from payment of the tax. With a valid ID, our processor does not collect tax, and the ID entered by the customer appears on the invoice we provide upon purchase completion.

    If a customer forgets or is unable to enter a VAT ID or GST ID at the time of the purchase, they can submit a copy of their valid VAT ID or GST ID at https://questionacharge.com along with their order reference/order ID within 30 days of the purchase. Our processor will issue a credit to the original payment method.

    Alternatively, within the invoice switch the payment method to "Credit Card" (via Stripe) and these taxes shouldn't automatically apply.

At this time, we do not have any plans to launch KVM VPS services out of Miami, though anything is possible for the future :) We already have Atlanta available for VPS services, which is extremely close to Miami in terms of latency/network performance.
