Why you dont protect your website with 1TBPS "Voxility"
Because websites are attacked through Layer7, not through Layer4.

Do you provide BGP sessions? If so, any fees?
There is also Layer7 protection offered by Voxility and it is not activated automatically, the SSL certificate (public + privkey) must be sent to the Datacenter and activated manually, but from the 2 tests I performed, quite a few hosts of the attacker pass and I end up hit the backend.
At the moment we do not offer BGP sessions, as we are not directly affiliated with RIPE.

You most likely initially selected another payment period and the discount granted without a discount coupon was deactivated.
You have to empty your shopping cart and select from the first desired period, then add the coupon to be accumulated.
If you consider that Voxility also offers refunds because you don't like how efficient their protection is, it means that we have a problem in understanding that the subject is very complex and no one offers 100% AntiDDoS protection.
New attack methods or combinations of the old ones appear every day and this makes complete protection impossible.
All the big providers offer AntiDDoS protection, which in historical moments supported huge volumes of traffic and this allows them to promote what you call "1Tbps". Come with the same attack method and most likely yes, you will get 1Tbps protection but you can't have such high expectations while every day governments and other essential institutions in different sectors are the prey of this kind of attacks without anyone of course to offer them a refund because meh.. they lied, they have no protection:)

Voxility it's outdated , i used them for my gaming servers 5mbps attacks all node down. I had direct Ipv4 range and 20gbps network 2x10 and they failed to protect me layer 3-4. Im using Path now and 0 downtime.
