I reported something about VIRMACH in LES while got banned by moderator

A true story from Another VIRMACH Victim:

VIRMACH messaged that I had brought up the dispute before.The reason why I initiated the dispute before is that the server I paid before was not opened and could not be used later. Then I contacted them via tickets and there was no reply. I initiated a dispute with paypal, and then submitted evidence against virmach, PayPal judged VIRMACH lost and I got my money back. Now VIRMACH asked me to pay 25 dollars because of this matter, and I paid 25 dollars because I wanted to be upright and not afraid of the shadow. After paying 25 dollars, VIRMACH informed me after the investigation, because I initiated the dispute, so the expenses caused by the dispute should be borne by myself. I replied that I would not take the cost. Then VIRMACH shut down all the machines in my account, and I couldn't refund the balance

I reported this in LES and I got banned by moderator.

Crying after PayPal dispute is shameful but not ban worthy. We have all experienced this for our first time at some point.

Ban was deserved on the OGF IMO. Threatening to DDoS is straight up hostile and should never be tolerated on the internet.

I am not that Guy.I didn't have any disputes before.And I didn't threaten to DDOS VIRMACH.

I am not that Guy.I didn't have any disputes before.And I didn't threaten to DDOS VIRMACH.

My bad it was the other guy that got banned that threatened to DDOS Virmach, you're the one that got banned for "Being a general Admin/mod time vacuum".

I didn't make any disputes before, VIRMACH suspend my service again because I am unwilling to pay 25$ for the so-called investigation, although I already provided as much details as possible in tickets.

The investigation was illegal and undermines the foundations, incites charge backs and discriminate against low IQ.

You are the guy who got banned on LowEndSpirit. You deserved it. Fortunately for you it was only a 7 day ban and not permanent. Obviously you did not learn anything from the ban. Since you feel that it is unjustified, did you bother to appeal the ban over there? Ask yourself, "Why not?"
