I migrated the vps from LA to Tokyo half a year ago. Now you tell me that Your service is being migrated back to the original location.

Yes, you are a Low-cost provider. But I believe that the least you should have is a sense of contractual obligation

    No, I didn't use the F12 button. I clicked the migration button normally and migrated to Tokyo

    Then vir should at least repay you the money and interest.
    Otherwise I'd like to cheat some money, then months later refund without interest, which is impossible.

    VirMach hasn't been on LET since July 2022, you can see their last active date. They're only active on OGF now.

    Do not trust any virmach promises

    I purchased my first service from virmach from 2016
    Since then virmach has been my first choice
    Until 2021, I found out that tickets don't seem to receive any reply, all my tickets are related to inability to access solusvm and cpanel and inability to start vm from solusvm
    At this point, I had 9 services in my account, more than half of which were unavailable.
    Among them, shared hosting is offline for more than 2 months

    Then one day, all my tickets were closed without any reply, then I checked the related vps and shared hosting and some of them were still offline

    Then I decided to stop using virmach's service one by one

    In addition, there is a tip
    If you Complain to virmach in les a thread [VirMach - Complain - Moan - Praise - Chit Chat], your account will be banned.

    Apparently les and virmach are on the same side.
