Can anyone give me some website link where I can buy UK location, Windows VPS or Dedicated server?

They took my 20 USD and gave me a IP what I already used before and did not refund me and did not change the IP. They never used fresh IP for a new dedicated server order. Very bad Experience with them. I will never recommend them to anyone even if I get a option I will write a 1-star review for them because they robbed my money. It probably got banned by whatever service OP is trying to bot. Given its Windows, probably running Bluestacks for some android app...

I am using a service who detect IPs. Previous service already expired/closed and no need. Now I need to use again and they will not allow me to use same IP again to sing up or login.

Dedicated server or VPS?
We use VirtFusion as control panel so OS selection isn't required when ordering. You can choose OS later when installing the VPS from the control panel

They also have Dedi however some VPS are really powerful for a good price.
