The specs needed are:

1X 50-60GB SSD just for system data
at least 2 X 2TB NVMe
16 Cores
16-32GB RAM
Ideally 1GBP/s

To be honest, you're not going to find that little RAM with that much CPU, with that much storage. Are you wanting 16 logical cores, or are threads/virtual cores fine?
