That's very unfortunate for resellers I would say.
Me personally, I would prefer the flexibility own network gives me.
I think BGP sessions or even Routers for rent would be a really cool addition to reseller program.
Yes, I agree, but we have extensive automation, these features take time and heavy testing to implement.
Build a module for Hostbill with the ability to reboot (already exists in your whmcs module), reinstall etc.
Apart from that you are one of the best provider specially for USA locations. And we already have your reseller status and it's very satisfying and majority of the tasks are fully automated.

Most of the time, Juniper's firmware sometimes gets in the way.
I've always wondered why you would resell a crowded resource in a crowded market instead of building something to run on that crowded resource and controlling your own price point and supply/demand.
You'd be surprised, we've had resellers over the years that have had a larger profit margin than us as they were able to bundle their own expertise and services on top of what we offered. There's a place for everything.
Another one is the Chinese marketplace. We don't offer any sort of Chinese sales/support, but a sales rep/company who specializes in that can really take advantage.
Understood -- and keep in mind, if I was comfortable building my income upon of a business here, you'd be one of the only ones I'd trust to do that on.
It's really never worth it (imo) to resell raw resources unless at a massive scale (you) unless you build upon it and add a service, such as language or management (etc), otherwise it's way too cut-throat.

Beyond what I mentioned before, commonly for hosting providers this is an easy way to keep customers (and revenue/profit) for customers who have outgrown the provider's services and need something more.
There's a lot of takes where this works without directly competing against other providers.
