I think this free vps it's scam, don't try to apply it

I hope you do realize that hosting companies are not entitled to provide you with services. They can select who they serve, especially when it is free.

To be fair, the domain was registered on 2022-09-06. Offering a "free" VPS can be a quick and dirty way to obtain a lot of private information quickly, especially if it's manually approved to check against bots.
If they're just collecting data and not delivering on anything then it's best to be weary.
The owner stated that he was getting spammed by bots, which is why he canceled all the "illegitimate" free plans and bumped it up to $0.50/mo to prevent abuse.
My problem? But I couldn't even search it throughout google or bing (at least not at the first page or second)

I have been using Harbor Cloud for the past week, and they are a legit company.
OP didn't used the correct details and may have signed up multiple account also may be he told his all friends to sign for free VPS and they did same signed up using fake details.
That's why Harbor Cloud cancelled his request and started charging for a free VPS plan to prevent spam with $0.50 per month, which is still very cheap for 1 vCPU, 1GB of RAM, 10GB of storage, and 1 TB of bandwidth.
Wow, getting scammed for a service you never paid for!
