IMHO, it's a problem, as you may find a relay server in EU offering an optimized route to China.

Meanwhile, I strongly recommend reliablesite, which is literally reliable.

I buy reliablesite, the network is very well, but after installed the system, the samsung ssd is broken,

the network not optimized for china, but very well in usa.
