FAQ
- What bandwidth is allocated to my VPS?
We allocate each VPS with 1 TB bandwidth on 1 Gbps port. For some Mini or Mini Pro VPS plans, we allocate each VPS with 500 or 600 GB bandwidth on 400 Mbps or 500 Mbps port. For Storage KVM VPS, we provide bandwidth starting from 5 TB on 1 Gbps port. We count both incoming and outgoing bandwidth. The bandwidth listed on our pricing page is guaranteed. The figure shown will be the minimum amount that we assign to you.
- What happen if bandwidth limit reached?
We will limit your port to 10 Mbps when you reach the bandwidth limit for Nano and Storage KVM VPS. We will suspend your VPS to the end of the month when you reach the bandwidth limit for all other VPS products. You can upgrade your bandwidth at anytime in the client area.
- Do you allow service transfer?
- We provide free account transfer for domain name registration and SSL products.
- For VPS products we charge 8 EUR per server per transfer. Pushing accounts are required to have active service(s) for more than 14 days. The server from the pushing account should be activated more than 14 days. There's no limit for the receiving account, but the service can only be transferred to one account within 14 days.
- For some flash sales promotion, the discounted products can not be transferred, specific promotion rules apply.
- For VPS with an active BGP or IX service, it can not be transferred, even if you have cancelled the BGP or IX service.
- What ports do you block?
We block outgoing port 25 to prevent spamming, if you need to use port 25 for sending emails, you can contact us or use 3rd party email sending service.

I'm laughing.
Do you rotate the data center sites monthly?
Then I guess Tokyo will be a best seller some months later.
Anyway, thanks for the decent offer.
I wish
Nice offer, thanks for sharing.
So can we wait for Tokyo-NANO-1C1G? This will be a great deal!
I don't think so, we already had Mini plan in Tokyo.
What about Dusseldorf?
Maybe
What about, migrating the FRA to DUS?
You have sooo many great domain names 😇
One letter, two letters... could you tell us how much they costed?
I have a ticket for ya #897194
nano pro is a good alternative to Virmach's unstable Frankfurt services. upstream is the same. v.ps' IPs are not listed in as many spamming IP database as Virmach's.
but
Additional /48 IPv6 Assignment ( 60.00 EUR Annually )
€60? not for IPv4?
All v.ps instances are assigned with a /128 only and an extra /48 will cost you 6x the annual fee of the cheapest plan?
I beleive you get assigned /48 from start? At least in last nano offer it was.
Tokyo or Hongkong, please
@xTom, is it worth assuming that hosts with regular VPS-packs like Pro are the same (as crowded and as productive) as those that are used for Nano-packs ?
So should I get Nano to get an opinion about other packets ?
how do you deal with abuse mails? ignore or forward to corresponding account owner?
It's cheap, but u get what u pay 4.
No, the hardware configurations are different.
