This is the most rubbish VPS I have ever bought. His machine will automatically shut down for you every few hours. The website I just posted was automatically shut down in less than 4 hours, and all the data is gone.

And for his VPS, you can't change the ROOT password by yourself, you can't reinstall the system by yourself, you can't restart or switch on and off by yourself!

i don't think anyone even would purchase a service from a company that doesn't mention the spec of VPS's.
IT IS your fault that you didn't even care to check any, and obviously with a lot of red flags you decided to purchase.

even the dedicated servers are sold as 'basic server HDD' or 'business server HDD' no mentioning of core count, thread, CPU model etc. And they won't even tell you the capacity of the drive(s?).
But they really must enjoy the unknowns as they use whois privacy on their domain.

They where suffering from anxiety you see. They ordered a server from this company that doesn't even advertise the specifications of the stuff they're selling and thinking everything was some sort of instant/rapid deployment.
"It was solved" that same day.
Fast forward to today, and OP is complaining that this featureless VPS was actually featureless. And they're somehow scamming despite actually providing a product with I can guess within a reasonable deployment window.
Open a support ticket to reinstall.

Open a ticket to open a port.
Not sure this is a "scammer" as much as a really lame service.

I didn't even know that provider. Actually, Thailand's internet broadband is one of the best in the world due to high competitions. The same tier as Korea, Hong Kong, and Singapore. But the international outgoing link in data centers is not as good because the bandwidth is expensive.

This is the next day at 5.10. They replied to me and told me that VPS can continue to be used. Now it is 8:33VPS is still unavailable.
