Annual EU or UK VPS for Database Server (GDPR)

Hi,
I ordered a nice annual USA-based VPS last night but realised today that we'd hit GDPR issues.
So I'd like to segregate personally identifiable data by country (USA/others) & (EU/UK/others).

It's just for early access signups and job applications.

Are there any nice UK/EU annual offers around?
I would like KVM with at least 20GB storage, 1GB uplink and 2GB of ram.

I think @speedypage offers a discount if you pay yearly. I've had a couple VMs and it's been solid.

Hetzner. They offer data processing agreement, this is required if you are going to process users data.

The above mentioned is how the Hetzner processing and using data, normally you will find the same information on any UK/EU websites.
